Updated USP <795> standards will impact nonsterile compounding in your pharmacy...and go into effect November 1, 2023.
Expect to see some changes from the 2019 proposed revisions...which were postponed. But many standards remain the same as 2019.
USP <795> affects many compounds...from “magic mouthwash,” to topicals, to suspensions or solutions from liquids or pills.
